"Extremely small rooms. The size of a match box honestly. There is absolutely no space within the room and honestly it's like a hostel room or even worse. You'll not get any table inside the room so if you're a professional attending some event - forget about going back to the room to get some work done. If in case you are a normal human being and want to have some food inside, you can't keep plates anywhere because there is just no table like surface! The service was also not good for the price i paid. It was slow and all the food items were out of stock. So I had to eat tawa roti and dal which felt more like yellow water honestly. The only good thing was that it was near to the expo center but that's it. Definitely not worth the price they are charging."

"Hotel located at good location but few points to review , yes nothing against. Rooms are very small with little space to move in. Washroom and toilet is separately placed looks quite odd since toilet situated at the entrance toilet, for washing the hands you have to come in the main very very small lobby which is already occupied by our luggage & others. Aside drawback they have tinted glass doors for your washroom and bathroom, ironically you don't find latch on the very small bathroom, i believe no latch concept may be on every bathroom in the hotel premises. This is not at all acceptable. Breakfast area is too gathered in small arena where one straight eye look you cant find the stuff as well as offered stuff in terms of breakfast is very less if comparing the tariffs of the hotel which seems high. Lastly in case u have guests or colleague at 3rd floor and you are at different floor you need to access that floor, have to go down to GF and then request for the same."

The room itself was very clean, well-designed, and practical. The bed was super comfortable and the overall layout made it easy to just relax after a long day. The shower had excellent water pressure (a small detail but makes a huge difference!) and we liked that they focus on what guests actually use instead of unnecessary luxuries like bathtubs and pools. One thing that really stood out for us was the complimentary self-service laundry area. It’s such a simple but useful feature, especially if you’re staying for a few days and don’t want to overpack. The gym was also well-maintained and had everything needed for a quick workout. The dining experience was also great—we had a really nice lunch. There was a good variety of food, fresh salads, some comfort options like pizza, and even desserts (the chocolate cake was a highlight!). What we appreciated most was that everything felt straightforward and convenient. Holiday Inn Express isn’t about unnecessary showiness, it’s about providing the essentials in the best way possible. For people like us who value comfort, efficiency, and a stress-free experience, it ticked all the boxes. Would absolutely recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers or anyone who wants a stay that’s comfortable without being over the top."
